Cindi is a senior researcher with Converging Knowledge and has strong skills in due diligence and industry research supporting Capital Markets submission. She is also knowledgeable of the financial institution industry in Asia, with over 10 years of experience in the credit information industry. She pioneered Infocredit Malaysia and managed its research operations for almost two years. Thereafter, she set up and managed the Knowledge and Management Division of Infocredit Dun & Bradstreet in Singapore.

Cindi began her career in advertising and promotions. Prior to joining the credit information industry, she had worked for some years in the travel management industry, where she won an award for outstanding sales performance.

Cindi graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University in Australia with a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration (Finance Major). Cindi is fluent in English, Mandarin and Dutch. She has a Diploma in Dutch as a second language.

Victoria has been supporting the corporate and financial advisory industry for over 10 years.  She began her career as a Research Analyst for Capital Markets Group, rising to the rank of Senior Product Analyst. She furthered her career at Thomson Financial (now known as Thomson Reuters) thereafter and was Account Manager for the Investment Management Division. Prior to joining Converging Knowledge, Victoria was Market Research Manager (Investment Banking/Private Equity) of Artemis Research & Advisory Services. 

Victoria is fluent in English and Tagalog. She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce degree (major in Economics) from Adamson University.

Umar Faridz brings to Converging Knowledge his experience in research on political studies and risks related issues. He was also formerly an External Relations Officer at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (“UNHCR”), assisting in the development of a strategy paper on a broadcast media campaign to highlight UNHCR issues, amongst others.

Umar Faridz is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia and Arabic and has capabilities in translating Arabic and Indonesian documents to English, and vice versa.

Umar is an honours graduate from the International Islamic University of Malaysia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Marjorie has been supporting risks consultants dealing with due diligence, fraud and asset searching investigations for 10 years. She has worked for the world’s leading risks consulting firm, Kroll Associates (now Kroll Inc.), prior to joining Converging Knowledge.

Marjorie began her career in a local investment and venture management company. She headed the operations of the company for a period of five years before entering the risk management and consultancy industry. Marjorie brings her experience in operations, client management, contacts, research knowledge and service excellence to Converging Knowledge and its clients.

Marjorie is fluent in written and spoken English and is conversant in Mandarin and Hokkien.
